• Please make sure all windows and doors are shut tightly and locked up.  We wouldn’t want to get any water inside your house!

• Please make sure your pets are inside during the service.  We don’t offer pet bathing, so you’ll have to call someone else for that 😂

• We will need access to a functional exterior water source.

• Your exterior windows will be rinsed with detergent and water as part of our cleaning process. House washing is NOT an adequate substitute for window cleaning.

• Please move any outdoor furniture away from surfaces that are scheduled to be cleaned.

We recommend having your house washing twice a year. This provided consistent protection from harmful algae, mold and other contaminants. Ask us about our yearly maintenance discount

The simple answer to this question is yes, power washing can and in many cases will cause damage to your siding. This is one of the main reasons why we choose to offer soft washing which is a much safer and more effective way of cleaning your siding. 

Soft washing is a popular alternative to power washing. It is a process of using cleaning solutions and soaps to gently clean your exterior surfaces rather than using dangerous high pressure washing. 

Yes, it will. The “green stuff” you see on your siding is a form of algae that affects thousands of homes each year. Our process is designed to safely eliminate not only algae from your siding, but also mold & dirt.

When cleaning roofs we use our Soft Wash method. NO pressure, means NO damage to your roof. We use a cleaning solution that is approved by the Asphalt Roof Manufacturers Association.

It is NOT recommended to physically remove moss from your roof at the time of service. However, the good news is that our roof treatment neutralizes moss and lichen at their roots. This allows them to fall off the roof over time naturally.

The length of time it takes them to fall off naturally is dependent on the depth to which their roots were embedded.

Each job is unique. The time it takes to complete is dependent on many factors, such as the size of the surface and the amount of build up. We will work on your property until we deliver the best possible results.

When our team arrives, they check the water pressure and flow.

The answer is simply YES. Water is very very cheap at $1.50 per 1000 gallons, and most homes will only use about 300-700 gallons of water per cleaning.

This may sound like a lot, but it’s really not.

 Water is very cheap, but it isn’t lightweight.

A gallon of water weighs about 8.3lbs, so 500 gallons is over 4000lbs, and this is too much weight to be safely driving from our garage to your home.

However, if a customer desires to use our own water, there is an additional fee.

We use deionizing water system to remove all harsh compounds and provide only the purest water, no harsh chemicals, leaving you with an environmentally friendly spot free-clean.
